Commercial real estate deals are lengthy, complex and arduous.  Even if you are a skilled negotiator, you don't necessarily know what you can ask for in a sale/lease, how far you can push the Seller/Landlord, or what conditions or options you need to include in the deal.

Our understanding of the market is crucial to you getting a fair deal at the negotiating table.  In addition to knowing what hidden charges or options might be thrown in, we can act as a buffer during the sometimes rocky process.  Just showing up with a broker sends a competitive message to the other party that you are looking at multiple properties.
