Reason 1:  No Cost to You

Reason 1:  No Cost to You

Businesses seldom have to pay for a Broker. Typically, a Seller or Landlord agrees to pay a commission as a percentage of the sale price or the gross rent.  As a Buyer or Tenant, your Broker splits that commission with the Seller/Landlord Broker.

This means that the Seller or Landlord does not pay more, and you get our professional services at no cost.
